This study assessed the level of agreement among expert's opinion of the cr
itical ingredients of the strengths model of case management. Twenty-eight
experts rated the "significance" to the model of 72 elements/behaviors thou
ght to be important and 8 distracter elements. there were also five open-en
ded questions testing for opinions on agency structure, service delivery, e
tc. The results found an extremely high agreement among the experts on virt
ually all items.
