The fraction of the precipitated polymer was studied as influenced by the c
oncentration of poly-N,N'-dimethyl-N,N'-diallylammonium chloride (cationic
polyelectrolyte), 2-methylimidazole and cetylpyridinium bromide (low-molecu
lar-weight cationic coagulants), and sodium chloride in the course of flocc
ulation (coagulation) of butadienestyrene (SKS-30 ARK and SKS30 ARKP) and b
utadiene-nitrile (SKN-26 SM and SKN-40) latexes at various concentrations o
f the dispersed phase.
