Abstract
A new procedure was proposed for preparation of N-substituted carbamoylmeth yloxy-p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arenes by reaction of the corresponding tris- an d tetrakis-esters with hydrazine hydrate and subsequent treatment of the re sulting hydrazides with sodium nitrite and amines.
