Abstract
Reactions of cytisine with 1,4-benzoquinone, 1,4-naphthoquinone, and dimeth yl maleate gave hitherto unknown 2,5-bis(N-cytisinyl)-1,4-benzoquinone, 2-( N-cytisinyl)-1,4-naphthoquinone, and dimethyl 2-(N-cytisinyl)succinate.
