Abstract
Michael addition of artemisitene with triazole, benzotriazole or benzimidaz ole under non- or base-catalyzed conditions yielded compounds 3a-c and 4a-c . They showed high antimalarial activity against Plasmodium berghei in mice . (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
