Abstract
We report a case of a right atrial sessile tumor combined with a patent for amen ovale and the characteristics of fat containing tumor in magnetic reso nance imaging. Histologic study revealed this to be an aneurysmal and parti ally thrombosed formation of a coronary artery fistula.
