A simple method for the generation of th ree novel linkers, alpha -hydroxye
thyl-polystyrene, alpha -chtoroethyl-polystyrene and alpha -amino-oxyethyl-
polystyrene on Multipin supports (SynPhase (TM) Crowns) has been developed.
Applications of these linkers have been successfully demonstrated for soli
d-phase synthesis of dipeptide, oxime, and hydroxamic acid compounds in goo
d yields and purities. (C) 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
