Abstract
We describe a 16-year-old Filipino boy who presented with skin lesions high ly suggestive of lepromatous leprosy, but further assessment established a diagnosis of malignant T-cell lymphoma. This case emphasizes the extensive differential diagnosis of leprosy. as well as the importance of obtaining s kin biopsies for diagnostic confirmation.
