Scleroderma in association with the use of docetaxel (taxotere) for breastcancer

The taxanes, paclitaxel (Taxol) and docetaxal (Taxotere), are a new class o f anti-microtubule agents which have shown cytotoxic activity in a number o f solid tumours.
