Abstract
Literature and original data on patients with chronic megakaryocytic leukem ia (CML) for the last 27 years are reviewed. Different chemotherapy program s in CML including intron A are compared. Remission was more frequently ach ieved by myelosan treatment, but intron A was also effective in CML (respon se > 50%) and is indicated in fertile women.
