Abstract
Causes of hematuria were investigated in 103 children with hemorrhagic dise ases: hemophilia (n = 39), Willebrand's disease (n = 24), thrombocytopathy (n = 23), idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (n = 17). It is shown that he maturia is caused not only by coagulation disorders but primarily by renal pathology. Therefore, children suffering from hemorrhagic diseases with hem aturia must undergo multimodality urological examination.
