Abstract
It has been shown that the most important factor influencing the values and direction of capillary adhesion forces in powders is contact configuration which determines the relevant relations between meniscus radii of liquid b ridge. This explains the qualitative difference of adhesion force changes f or spherical particle-flat surface system and two spherical particle system as compared to solid cone-flat surface one. It has been shown that for cap illary adhesion force modelling the Princen (boundary) model should be used .
