Abstract
We report the US and MRI appearance in a patient with a giant lactating ade noma detected during pregnancy and followed-up for 12 months postpartum. The different imaging features of lactating adenomas are discussed, especia lly at US and MRI. We discuss also the role of core biopsy in diagnosing pr egnancy associated breast masses.
