Abstract
Three new hemicarcerands 1-3 each with one unique eight-atom-long brid ge and three identical six-atom-long bridges are reported along with a crystal structure of 2 circle dot PhNO2, a totally dissymmetric host with nitrobenzene as encapsulated guest.
