Abstract
A 15-month-old girl with celiac disease presented with microcephaly and dev elopmental delay. Head growth resumed during a gluten-free diet. Subsequent gluten ingestion resulted in no head growth, areflexia, and increased celi ac antibodies. All resolved with gluten elimination. Poor head growth may p recede other clinical manifestations of celiac disease.
