Abstract
We report a case of microsurgical replantation of traumatic self-amputation of penis after prolonged warm ischemia as a result of delayed presentation . At 12 weeks postoperative follow-up evaluation, the patient exhibited goo d urinary flow, spontaneous erection, and a normal response to pharmacologi cal stimulation. (C) 2001 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
