Abstract
Cinema is an art form when it ceases to be a common language and becomes a personal language. Hence it is rare for a film to be a work of art. Such a bold assertion implies finding a response to the question of editing, with the conviction that this question alone can determine whether a film is fun damentally a work of art or not.
