Stars of Poly(styrene) chains grafted to C-60 have been studied by SANS and
NSE below glass transition (T-G similar to 94 C). In stars the arms are no
t condensed at fullerene surface, spreading away from C-60-core. The intera
ction between fullerene core and polymer chains slows down the beta -relaxa
tion in arms at T = - 20 to + 70 degreesC < T-G, so their relaxation time a
chieves of 10-60 <mu>s (an order of magnitude higher than in free PS-chains
). Together with slow processes in stars and PS we also observed a fast osc
illation (periods similar to 1 ns) of correlation function (delta -relaxati
on). The dynamic model for these stretched oscillations is proposed. (C) 20
