In a two-fluid dissipationless plasma, strong coupling of magnetic field an
d flow velocity introduced by the Hall term leads to the equilibrium soluti
on characterized by the "double curl Beltrami equation." Internal conductor
plasma configuration is investigated employing the double curl Beltrami fo
rmulation. Numerical results reveal that relaxed states of plasma exhibitin
g ultrahigh beta associated with minimum values of field-aligned current an
d flow can be created which are suitable for the advanced fusion concept. (
