Abstract
Most current vascular alterations of the thyroid are connected with the org anization of a thyroid hematoma after fine-needle aspiration (FNA). Caverno us hemangioma is a benign congenital vascular malformation that occasionall y affects the thyroid. This article presents two cases of this rare thyroid pathology unrelated to FNA.
