Abstract
The solid phase synthesis of tetrabutylammonium oxo- (mercaptoacetylglycylg lycylglycine) rhenate(v) has been achieved by utilising ReOCl3(PPh3)(2) as a stable source of Re(v) and provides a synthesis of bi-functional chelates for use in nuclear medicine.
