Abstract
Self-assembly of the racemic ligands, (R)- and (S)-1,1'-binaphthyl bis(ison icotinate) and Pt-II shows that the (S)-ligand stereospecifically recognise s the (R)-ligand to give rise to an achiral heterodimeric complex.
