G.E. Moore's contribution to the discussion of the concept of good in ethics

The paper focuses on G.E. Moore's contribution to the discussion of the con cept of good. Its aim is to explain Moore's understanding of this concept a nd his argument against naturalism and to call the attention to the more pr oblematic aspects of his philosophical analysis of ethical concepts. The au thor also tries to show, why Moore's philosophy, in spite of its limitation s, is still living in contemporary ethical discourse.
