Abstract
To estimate the realizability of a portable subsurface near-field radar, nu merical simulation of a multielement holographic antenna array was performe d using the short-wave diffraction theory. An adaptive algorithm for proces sing the amplitude-phase information, which ensure an optimal space resolut ion in the object plane, was proposed.
