Abstract
In this work the synthesis of thin and thick films using the aerosol deposi tion technique for the synthesis of coated conductors is realized. (Hg,Re)- 1223 and Y-123 superconductors and Y2O3 buffer layer was obtained. It was u sed the high temperature deposition for MgO (100), Ag (non-textured) and La AlO3 (100) substrate respectively. With a preheated substrate it is possibl e to synthesize the phase in-situ in the case of Y-123 and Y2O3. The mercur ocuprate needs an ex-situ mercuration step.
