Abstract
This paper consists of two parts about YBCO on flexible metal substrate pro ject, (1) The CeO2/MgO buffer layers were epitaxially grown on textured nic kel substrate using magnetron sputtering method, (2) A Cu-Ni alloy as a non magnetic substrate material was developed, On textured Cu-Ni substrate, a N iO(200) buffer layer was obtained. These results will provide a promising c andidate for making HTS YBCO film on metallic substrates.
