Abstract
We analyze the energy resolutio of a superconducting transition-edge bolome ter (STEB)biased with an ac current. We will show that the ac readout metho d enables us to utilize STEB either monitoring the change in dissipation du e to the change in temperature or the change in inductance owing to the inc reased in number of quasiparticles.
