Abstract
We have carried out a resistance comparison of four QHR systems using a 100 -Omega resistor in a temperature-controlled and hermetically sealed enclosu re. The comparison was performed in November and December 1998, The partici pants were Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM), Bureau Nationa l de Metrology-Laboratoire Central des Industries Electroniques (BNM-LCIE) France, Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) Germany, and Valtion Te knillinen Tutkimuskeskus (VTT Automation) Finland, acting as a pilot labora tory. The comparison results agree within 3 parts in 10(9) with a relative combined standard uncertainty of +/-1 x 10(-8).
