Abstract
Broadcast towers are shared by numerous communication systems, which genera te a very complex electromagnetic environment, and have to comply with safe ty standards based on International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Pr otection guidelines. To verify compliance with those limits, it is necessar y to develop a new measurement system enabling accurate determination of th e strength and phase of the local orthogonal electric field components.
