Abstract
We report four cases of Urrets-Zavalia Syndrome (fixed dilated pupil with i ris atrophy) observed after penetrating keratoplasty. The precise etiology of the syndrome is uncertain and different mechanisms are reviewed. Care sh ould be taken to avoid the use of mydriatic eye drops after penetrating ker atoplasty.
