Abstract
Vaejovis pequeno, a new species of scorpion previously confused with V. wau eri Gertsch & Soleglad 1972, is described and illustrated from Sonora, Mexi co and is compared to that species. A revised diagnosis and new distributio nal records for V. waueri, a member of the eusthenura group, are provided.
