C. Gevers et J. Grandjean, A multinuclear magnetic resonance study of synthetic clays suspended in water and in dodecyldimethylamine oxide solutions, J COLL I SC, 236(2), 2001, pp. 290-294
Li-7 and Na-23 NMR spectra of clay suspensions in water have shown how the
smectite structure and the nature of alkali counterions modulate the quadru
polar interaction. These probes, together with C-13 and H-2 nuclei, have be
en also used to study the interaction of dodecyldimenthylamine oxide with l
aponite and differently charged saponites dispersed in surfactant solutions
