Abstract
Present communication deals with 76 ethnomedicinal plants being used tradit ionally in Karnataka, India. These plants are reported to have 78 less know n ethnomedicinal uses for curing various skin diseases, cuts, stomach disor ders, gynaecological complaints and snakebites.
