Abstract
Extraction of microamounts of strontium with a nitrobenzene solution of ces ium dicarbollyl-cobaltate (Cs+B-) in the presence of 18-crown-6 (18C6, L) h as been investigated. The equilibrium data have been explained assuming tha t the complexes CsL+, CsL2+, SrL2+ and SrL22+ are extracted into the organi c phase. The values of extraction and stability constants of the species in nitrobenzene saturated with water have been determined.
