Abstract
Erysipelas is an acute, bacterial cellulitis involving the derma and hypode rma, without necrosis, usually due to Streptococcus pyogenes. Penicilline r emains the 'gold standard' treatment. However, others drugs, given their ph armacodynamic properties, may have an excellent indication here. Reccurence is the main evolutive risk.
