Abstract
Chordoid glioma, a rare tumour of the third ventricle, has distinctive hist ological appearances. Fewer than 20 cases have been reported in the literat ure, all but three in females. This paper describes a 54-year-old man with a chordoid glioma and reviews the clinicopathological features of this lesi on.
