Abstract
The study of LiNd(PO3)(4) crystals was carried out by TG and DTA in differe nt atmosphere (nitrogen and air). The TG and DTA curves were presented. The thermal decomposition mechanisms in nitrogen and air were discussed. The r esults indicate that the major products of thermal decomposition are Nd-4(P 8O7)(3) and NdP2O7 in N-2 and air, respectively.
