Abstract
The PET-CO2- film was prepared and the lipase was assembled on the surface of the PET-CO2- substrate. The structure of the surface and activity of lip ase/PET monolayer were studied by FTIR-ATR and AFM and other methods. As sh own in the results, AFM images of lipase/PET monolayer indicated that the s urface fluctuation is in the range of nanometer scale and the depth of mono layer is less than 15 nanometers, The performance activity of lipase/PET mo nolayer self-assembly film is above 2.0.
