Abstract
A CMOS circuit for the readout of microbolometer arrays is presented. It pr ovides a pulsed bias for the microbolometers: signal amplification and mult iplexing to a common output. The chip can be used with linear and small two -dimensional arrays of microbolometers realising a hybrid infrared sensor.
