Abstract
The authors report on the photovoltaic effect in CdS/CuS films deposited on flexible substrates at temperatures close to room temperature from using t he water solutions of complex-salt compounds. The results demonstrate the f easibility of using this material for photovoltaic applications requiring c overing of large complex surfaces.
