Oblique facial clefts are said to account for 0.25% of all clefts. Craniosy
nostosis is not known to be associated with oblique facial clefting, althou
gh craniofrontonasal dysplasia is well described. Craniosynostosis and obli
que facial clefting presenting together in the same patient is a rare event
. We present such a case, and detail the treatment plan to allow simultaneo
us correction of both deformities.
