Abstract
A-site deficient pervoskite-type solid solution system (1-x)BaTiO3. xLa(2/3 )TiO(3) (x = 0.1-1.0) has been synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditio n of 240-260 degreesC and characterized by means of powder X-ray diffractio n, ICP elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron mic roscopy.
