Abstract
New dammarane-type triterpene oligoglycosides, jujubosides A(1) and C and acetyljujuboside B. Here isolated from Zizyphi Spinosi Semen, the seeds of Zizyphus jujuba MILL. var. spinosa Hu, together with three kn own saponins, The structures of jujubosides A(1) and C and acetyljujub oside B Here determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical e vidence. Jujubosides A(1) and C and acetyljujuboside B were found to i nhibit the histamine release from rat peritoneal exudate cells induced by antigen-antibody reaction.
