Abstract
Optically active vinylchroman (1) was synthesized from a corresponding allyl carbonate (2) by catalytic and asymmetric allylic substitution with palladium complexes of chiral bisphosphine Ligands, The reactivit y and selectivity of the various chiral bisphosphine-palladium complex es were investigated.
