Abstract
The electron impact excitation of S-3, P-3, and P-3(0) levels of atomic str ontium was investigated by the methods of extended crossed beams and optica l spectroscopy. The results obtained are compared with the data of the prev ious experiment and the theoretical results. The behavior of excitation cro ss sections in spectral series of SrI is discussed.
