Abstract
Spontaneous splenic rupture is rare and in most cases occurs in a spleen af fected by hematologic, neoplastic, or infectious disease or as a complicati on of pancreatitis. We report the imaging findings in two cases of spontane ous splenic rupture due to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and pancreatic pseudocyst .
