Abstract
The effect of methanol and aqueous root and flower extracts of twenty five
desert plant species of Rajasthan were tested against yeast like human fung
al pathogen Candida albicans causal organism of "Candidiasis" in human bein
g. Of the total 100 plant part extracts tested, 22 had inhibitory effect ag
ainst Candida albicans.
