Abstract
Some GPs may be unwilling to take on the management of drug misusers becaus e of the risk of difficult behaviour. However, this study found that in a p ractice running a drug misuse treatment programme there was a relatively sm all difference in the rates of difficult behaviour from drug misusers and g eneral patients.
