Abstract
Chondrosarcoma represents the most common malignant tumour of the chest wal l, with a tendency for local recurrence after resection. Here we report the successful complete resection of a giant, local recurrent chondrosarcoma o f the chest wall (max. diameter 25 cm), in a patient with hereditary multip le exostoses, who had had a wide resection 8 years before.
