Two cases of metastases to the breast on MR mammography

We report appearance of two cases of metastases to the breast on MR mammogr aphy. Metastasis from cervical cancer displayed a hypointense tumor with a central area of high signal intensity on T2-weighted images and rapid annul ar enhancement with persistent central contrast enhancement. The metastases from rhabdomyosarcoma were characterized by multiple tumors with high sign al intensity on T2-weighted images and fast annular contrast enhancement. W e show unusual malignant breast lesions for possible identification in dyna mic MR mammography.
